Rhayader round the lakes 20
Well we had hail stones, sleet, rain, mist and a freezing cold head wind. The views were great around the lakes and dams. Saw some Buzzards and Kites and plenty of sheep to make me feel at home. Managed 2:48:49 which is 22 mins faster than the only other 20 mile race I did 3 years ago.
